Tenant Network Account Creation Process Follow
To request access, go to the portal
1. Use the “Tenant Access” section of the screen to request access and begin your WiFi setup process. Make sure to use your work email address when requesting access. You will be placed on the Guest Wi-Fi while awaiting an email confirming your account for tenant Wi-Fi.
NOTE: Guest network has limited access to the WIFI network. If you stay connected to the Guest WiFi, you will lose internet after 24 hours and need to re-login as a guest. You may check this link on how to log in to Guest Wifi.
2. After 24-48 Hours from the time of the request, you will receive your unique code via email from support@hyperwavz.com.
3. Go to the Tenant Network Login page. Use your unique code to create your new tenant account.
4. You will be taken to the next screen to finish creating your account. Please fill out the Account Info, including the Secret Question. Your secret question will be necessary when resetting your portal password in the future. You may check this link on how to reset your portal password.
5. Once you have created your account, you can now use the “_PiedmontCenterTenants” WiFi network to access the internet.
- Select the “_PiedmontCenterTenant” network in your device’s Wi-Fi connection settings.
- When prompted for a username and password, enter the username and password you created to access the internet.
- After entering your credentials, you may receive a prompt about a trusted certificate. Select the “join” or “connect” option on this prompt (the specific wording of this prompt can vary depending on your device).
