HYPERWAVZ WIRELESS NETWORK (PIEDMONT CENTER) Follow

Welcome to Piedmont Center Tenant Network!  Your fast and secure network.  You now have high-speed wireless Internet on your device within Piedmont Common Areas, Lobbies, The Fountains, The Towers, and Courtyard Buildings.  Anywhere, Internet access is available — 24 hours a day, seven days a week!

 

Existing Tenants: How to Connect to the "_PiedmontCenterTenant" Network

  1. Select the “_PiedmontCenterTenant” network in your device’s Wi-Fi connection settings.
  2. When prompted for a username and password, enter the username and password you created to access the internet.
  3. After entering your credentials, you may receive a prompt about a trusted certificate.  Select the “join” or “connect” option on this prompt (the specific wording of this prompt can vary depending on your device).

New Tenants: How to create a Piedmont Wi-Fi Account

  1. For tenant/s who haven’t created an account.  Go to https://piedmont1.airwavz-access.com/portal/airwavz
  2. Use the “Tenant Access” section of the screen to request access and begin your Wi-Fi setup process.
    1. Make sure to use your work email address in the request
  3. You will be placed on the Guest Wi-Fi while awaiting an email confirming your account for tenant Wi-Fi.
     
  4. Go to Tenant Network Login after receiving an email from support@hyperwavz.com. 
  5. Use this unique code to create your new tenant account
  6. You will be taken to the next screen to finish creating your account
     

Guests:  How to Connect to the "_PiedmontCenterGuest" Network

  1. Select the “_PiedmontCenterGuest” network in your device’s WiFi connection settings.
  2. Once your device connects, you will be automatically taken to a web page.
    1. Some devices may not open this page automatically.  If a page does not open automatically, open a web browser and load a website.  https://piedmont1.airwavz-access.com/portal/airwavz
  3. The guest network has limited access to the WIFI network.  If you stay connected to the Guest WiFi, you will lose internet after 24 hours and need to re-complete the steps to log in as a guest.
